Security Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery for a client account in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational coordination within the security domain.

Role Overview

The Security Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational coordination. This position involves working across various delivery teams to resolve issues, meet agreed service objectives, and drive continuous improvements in service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary delivery contact for account stakeholders and coordinate activities across service teams.
• Monitor service performance against agreed service descriptions and objectives.
• Lead service reviews, address escalations, and ensure the completion of improvement actions.
• Work with operational teams to maintain consistent delivery standards and a strong customer experience.
• Coordinate work across infrastructure, service desk, and security delivery teams.
• Support major changes and transformation activities, including resource planning and operational readiness.
• Review processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase service efficiency and quality.
• Participate in operational meetings and account governance reviews.
• Forecast delivery resource needs and support capacity planning.
• Monitor delivery expenses, recovery, billing inputs, and time tracking to support accurate reporting and invoicing.
• Contribute to planning for work transitions or migrations between delivery teams.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
