ETC International is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing client accounts across major e-commerce marketplaces and driving strategic growth.

Role Summary

The Senior Account Manager serves as the primary client liaison and strategic leader for client accounts on Amazon and other key EMEA marketplaces, including Jumia and Walmart Europe. The core objective of this position is to deliver exceptional service, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive overall business growth for managed accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective management of client expectations.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
• Develop and execute tailored account strategies for each client.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for multi-channel growth across various platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, advertising, data, and listing teams to deliver cohesive e-commerce strategies.

Strategic Account Management Focus

This role requires a focus on both client satisfaction and strategic business development. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for understanding client needs, translating them into actionable strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation across relevant marketplaces to achieve growth objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably within the e-commerce or marketplace sector.
