About the Role

iSolution is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving business growth, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation, with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Saudi Arabia.
Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
Lead the complete sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business strategy.
Represent the company at customer meetings, technology events, and industry forums.
Ensure high levels of customer retention and long-term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development within the IT, Cloud, System Integration, or Technology industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Essential Skills and Industry Knowledge

Strong experience managing enterprise, government, or large commercial accounts in Saudi Arabia.
Good understanding of various IT domains, including Cloud Solutions (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure), Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Managed Services, Digital Workplace, Collaboration, or Enterprise Software.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Experience handling large enterprise contracts and complex sales engagements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
