United Transformers Electric Company is seeking a Senior Accountant Treasury to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing the company's daily treasury activities and trade finance operations, ensuring financial efficiency and supporting business growth.

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant Treasury, with a focus on Trade Finance, is responsible for overseeing daily treasury functions and banking operations. This includes coordinating with banks on letters of credit, guarantees, and various financing arrangements for suppliers and projects. The primary objective of this role is to enhance cash liquidity efficiency, develop robust cash flow planning, and provide essential support to the company’s overall business and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports, including detailed variance analysis.
• Coordinate and facilitate the opening of letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees (LGs), and bank credit letters in collaboration with banks and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage trade finance operations with banking partners, encompassing supplier financing, credit facilities, and project financing.
• Review financial contractual terms to ensure full compliance with required banking documentation.
• Generate monthly reports detailing treasury status, existing financing arrangements, and future financial obligations.
• Support the development of cash budgets and strategic liquidity management plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal financial policies and relevant local and international banking regulations.
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with banks, actively monitoring banking facilities, commissions, and associated costs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for treasury and trade finance processes, aiming for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in treasury or trade finance roles.

Compensation and Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 11,250 to SAR 15,000. The role operates within a dynamic financial environment, focusing on strategic treasury and trade finance management.
