The Role of Senior Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant position located in Riyadh. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities and contributing to the financial operations of the company. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and effective internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations.
• Review and improve internal controls.
• Monitor cash flows.
• Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Support process optimization within the finance function.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive accounting operations.
