About the Opportunity

Parisima Talent is partnering with a leading law firm in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to join a growing Corporate practice.

Role Overview

This role is for a Saudi-qualified lawyer with 5-10 years of experience in corporate law, specifically within mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a central role in leading complex M&A transactions, providing legal counsel to high-profile clients, and contributing to the expansion of a dynamic legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring transactions.
Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and commercial agreements.
Manage legal due diligence processes and provide strategic legal advice throughout transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal solutions.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their professional development.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a Saudi-qualified lawyer.
5-10 years of professional experience in corporate law.
Strong background gained within a reputable local or international law firm.
Proven experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters.
Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently.
