About the Senior BIM Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior BIM professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse projects within a dynamic environment. We are looking for an experienced individual to leverage their expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project delivery and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior BIM professional will be responsible for the development and maintenance of detailed digital models using BIM software to support project delivery, coordination, quality, and compliance. This includes:

• Providing input for BIM implementation baseline schedules and developing, managing, coordinating, and maintaining project models using digital workflows.
• Leading the preparation, review, and execution of BIM implementation and management plans at program and project levels.
• Performing quality reviews and audits to ensure BIM accessibility, model integrity, and data accuracy, and preparing model assurance reports.
• Reviewing project models for compliance with project standards and BIM requirements.
• Responding to BIM-related queries and providing technical guidance to project teams and clients.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), including standards, procedures, and workflows.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective model coordination and integration.
• Coordinating BIM requirements and deliverables with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM team members.
• Supporting the development and delivery of BIM training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Advising project leadership, engineering teams, and production staff on BIM processes and digital delivery practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, design technology, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, digital engineering workflows, and model management practices.
• A strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, model development, and digital project delivery requirements.
• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital collaboration platforms, such as ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Understanding of Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP).
• Experience developing and managing BIM content, including families, parametric components, and assemblies.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for BIM deliverables.
• Understanding of hardware and software requirements for BIM and CAD environments.
• Ability to generate reports, monitor KPIs, and support digital delivery performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to project teams.

Desired Skills

• BIM-related professional certification.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure, transportation, rail, or multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of digital delivery standards and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting BIM implementation strategies and enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and supporting project stakeholders.
