The Role: Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Ektis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will support and lead consulting engagements across the financial services, fintech, and public sectors. This full-time role involves working on diverse projects, offering exposure to multiple sectors and the opportunity to develop problem-solving skills within a collaborative, agile, and entrepreneurial environment. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive analytical workstreams, including data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Support the design and development of client recommendations through collaboration with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal creation, client pitches, and case study development.
• Develop internal and external knowledge assets, such as thought-leadership, frameworks, and research papers.
• Participate in firm-building activities, including recruiting, coaching junior team members, and supporting internal capability development.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Ektis seeks individuals who combine analytical rigor with empathy, curiosity, and strong communication skills, challenging assumptions and thinking critically with a collaborative mindset.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and perform in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
