Mnzil is currently undergoing rapid scaling and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join its team. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for securing larger, more strategic deals that will support the company's continued expansion and market presence.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will take ownership of high-value opportunities and manage complex client relationships. This position involves overseeing the full sales cycle for key accounts and playing a direct role in shaping Mnzil's approach to strategic clients. You will hold significant influence over how the company wins and grows its strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for key and strategic accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders at client organizations.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms for larger deals.
• Provide accurate forecasting and detailed pipeline reporting to leadership.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-large sized deals. The ideal applicant will possess strong negotiation skills and demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management.

Required Experience
