Senior Business Development Manager Recruitment & Outsourcing

About the Role

Juthur is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in Recruitment & Outsourcing. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is focused on driving new business by acquiring corporate clients and securing contracts for recruitment, headhunting, executive search, and workforce outsourcing services.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to expand Juthur's client base within the Saudi market. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, specifically targeting corporate clients for various talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities for recruitment and outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR, Procurement, and C-level executives.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract closure.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Saudi market.
• Proven B2B sales experience specifically within Recruitment, Headhunting, Staffing, or Workforce Outsourcing.
• An established network of corporate decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
• A demonstrated track record in acquiring new clients and successfully closing contracts.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• This is a sales-focused role; candidates with only HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment delivery experience will not be considered.
