This full-time role for a Senior Commercial Manager Landscaping and Infrastructure is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Project Context

This position is part of one of Saudi Arabia's largest programmes. The project involves a major mixed-use development, encompassing sports facilities, entertainment venues, arts complexes, and all associated infrastructure. Mace serves as a key delivery partner, requiring experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the preparation and formal execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licences with all relevant parties.
Lead large teams, driving performance, behaviours, and continuous improvement to achieve organisational KPIs.
Oversee valuation measurement to ensure effective cost control, accurate forecasting, and precise commercial reporting.
Direct the production and client presentation of monthly post-contract cost reports.
Proactively identify cost impacts arising from design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-driven requirements.
Oversee the evaluation of contractor and subcontractor claims related to delays and additional costs.
Direct the issuance of practical completion certificates and advise on making-good-defects and final completion requirements.
Lead Cost Consultants in enhancing cost management procedures, tools, and templates, driving best practice, continuous improvement, and supporting net-zero carbon objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on landscaping and infrastructure projects. The position requires demonstrated leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing complex commercial processes and leading teams effectively.
