About the Role

Skilled Careers is seeking a Senior Quantum Consultant to join a leading global claims consultancy experiencing growth across the GCC. This role is based in Riyadh and involves working with a respected team to provide expert commercial and contractual advice on significant construction and infrastructure projects within the region. The position offers an opportunity to engage with industry experts on complex disputes, claims, and arbitration matters, fostering career development within the Middle East practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess quantum claims.
• Conduct detailed quantum analysis for disputes and arbitration proceedings.
• Review project records, cost data, and contractual documentation.
• Produce expert reports and provide support to senior experts.
• Collaborate closely with clients, legal teams, and industry specialists.
• Mentor junior consultants as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within a recognized claims consultancy.
• A strong background in quantum analysis and commercial management.
• Comprehensive understanding of standard construction contracts.
• Experience supporting formal dispute resolution processes is advantageous.
• Strong report writing and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh or currently based within the GCC.
