Role Overview

Jasara PMC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee all aspects of contract management throughout the project lifecycle. This includes drafting, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with various contractual agreements. The role involves managing risks and building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual matters for assigned projects, from drafting to final execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completion.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in contract management.
• Deep knowledge of construction-related contracts.
• Experience in evaluating terms, managing amendments, and resolving disputes.
