About the Role

Cisco Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing technical expertise on advanced security operations solutions, primarily for enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. The position is critical in the pre-sales process, partnering with the Sales team to address complex security challenges.

Role Context and Impact

As an individual contributor, you will guide clients through security challenges, mapping their needs to integrated security workflows to ensure robust digital resilience. This role balances technical excellence with a strategic mindset, preparing for future leadership while driving team strategy. Success in this position means mentoring peers and designing tailored architectures that empower a rapidly growing customer base to achieve secure business objectives. Ultimately, you will act as a trusted domain expert, transforming security obstacles into scalable solutions that protect critical financial and enterprise infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and proactively maintain positive relationships with clients and partners to drive mutual growth in the cybersecurity space.
• Collaborate closely with account teams to align with sales strategies, providing comprehensive support through briefings, proposals, and issue resolution for SecOps portfolios.
• Demonstrate Splunk Cybersecurity products and services onsite, remotely via webinars, and at field events to showcase platform value to prospective buyers.
• Design and architect integrated security workflows tailored to enterprise and financial sector clients to meet their specific regulatory and operational requirements.
• Execute Proof of Values (POVs) and technical integrations to validate solution effectiveness and secure technical wins.
• Apply organized and analytical approaches to creatively overcome sales obstacles and accelerate the sales cycle.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing domain expertise and driving team strategy to prepare for future leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions engineering or a related technical pre-sales capacity. A strong background in advanced security operations, technical architecture design, and client engagement is required. The ability to execute technical integrations and provide mentorship to team members is essential.
