About the Opportunity

Fox Talent is supporting a major digital transformation program within one of Saudi Arabia’s leading banks. We are seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Architect to join the team full-time, based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving enterprise-scale data warehousing, BI modernization, and data architecture initiatives as part of a significant strategic undertaking.

Role Context and Leadership

This position is a senior, hands-on leadership role, offering direct engagement with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the bank's data landscape, contributing to high-visibility programs, and fostering best practices in a dynamic environment. It requires a proactive approach to leading architectural design and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor and collaborator to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer.
• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Contribute to shaping data strategy, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Work across high-visibility regulatory, risk, and analytics programs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

Candidates should possess 10 to 15 years of experience specifically within Data Warehousing, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and large-scale Business Intelligence environments. A strong background in data modeling is essential, including expertise in dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schema. Deep experience with various ETL tools, such as Informatica, ODI, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory, is required. Furthermore, proven expertise across leading BI platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise reporting solutions, is a key qualification for this role.

Domain Expertise and Work Location

Solid exposure to banking or financial services data domains is mandatory, covering areas such as core banking, risk management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC). This full-time position requires the candidate to be willing to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to ensure close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
