About the Senior Developer Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join its dedicated team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a professional with substantial experience in software development, focusing on delivering robust and efficient technical solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Developer will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into functional software designs and implementations. This role involves active participation across the entire development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of code quality and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements and High-Level Design (HLD) specifications into detailed functional requirements and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Develop high-quality code primarily using React, and manage build and deployment processes across Development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production environments.
• Conduct thorough impact assessments for proposed changes and provide accurate effort estimations for development tasks.
• Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and contribute to the enhancement of development checklists.
• Handle status reporting, conduct detailed analysis of project progress, and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position are expected to have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development. A proven track record in front-end development with a strong emphasis on React is essential. The role requires a solid understanding of software design principles and experience in managing deployment pipelines.

Required Technical Skills

• Expertise in React for building user interfaces.
• Proficiency in converting High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Experience with build and deployment tools and processes across various environments.
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessment, effort estimation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to perform effective code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
