About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join its MENAT Enterprise Greenfield Team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving digital transformations for enterprise customers by establishing AWS as a key cloud technology provider. AWS is recognized as a comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 fully featured services to millions of active customers globally.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will engage with C-level business and IT executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of business. The role involves promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers, empowering them to solve challenges, achieve business, operational, and innovation goals, and guiding them towards increased agility, innovation, and efficiency. This position is focused on increasing the adoption of AWS within a defined set of named customers, with a particular emphasis on accounts that have minimal AWS adoption but significant spend potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation through engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and business lines within the customer base.
• Represent the full portfolio of AWS products and services across managed accounts in the Enterprise customer market segment.
• Drive revenue and increase market share within a defined set of accounts.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple accounts concurrently and strategically.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions for AWS services.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, with a focus on selling to C-level executives.
• Experience working with transformative technologies, including cloud, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Proven ability to navigate prospective accounts from and into senior executive levels to identify new customer opportunities.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• AWS Professional level certification, or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
