Role Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager in the MENAT Enterprise Greenfield Team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will drive digital transformations for enterprise customers. This full-time role involves engaging with C-level business and IT executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers to establish Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across your managed accounts. You will focus on increasing the adoption of AWS products and services within large accounts that have significant spend potential but minimal current AWS usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses within your customers.
• Represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across the accounts you manage within the Enterprise customer market segment.
• Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute a plan to grow the AWS footprint within your set of accounts.
• Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives.
• Experience working with transformative technologies, including cloud, IoT, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, computer science, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• AWS Professional level certification, or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.

About the Team and Work Environment

The Enterprise Greenfield team comprises Field Sellers who collaborate to solve challenges and innovate new ways to enable customers to achieve their desired outcomes. This team operates at the forefront of emerging technology. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
