About Globe 24-7 and the Role

Globe 24-7, in partnership with a leading mineral exploration company, is recruiting a Senior Exploration Geologist. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will support exploration activities across the Kingdom. This role offers an opportunity to join a growing technical team focused on copper and copper-gold exploration projects.

Role Purpose

The Senior Exploration Geologist will play a key role in the planning and execution of mineral exploration programmes. This position supports the delivery of exploration objectives while providing essential technical leadership to both field teams and senior management. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in exploration geology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage diamond, reverse circulation (RC), and air-core (AC) drilling programmes.
• Lead and mentor a team comprising four Saudi Exploration Geologists and four Saudi Field Assistants.
• Support the planning and execution of copper and copper-gold exploration programmes.
• Communicate technical findings, exploration progress, and key recommendations to senior management.
• Contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of all exploration activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to commence employment no later than 1 October 2026.
• Currently based in the Middle East is preferred.

Employment Details

This position is offered on an initial one-year contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. The work schedule operates on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.
