About Bespoke Connections and the Role

Bespoke Connections, a UK-headquartered global placement and advisory firm, specializes in private markets and alternative investment fundraising. The firm advises leading US and European fund managers, connecting them with Limited Partners (LPs) across over 20 countries, including the GCC region. Over 60% of current mandates involve managers with over $1 billion in assets.

We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Partner to lead our capital raising strategy in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for a senior professional with an established network among Saudi institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth channels, coupled with a proven track record in capital raising.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising initiatives specifically across Saudi Arabia.
• Originate and execute fundraising mandates with Saudi family offices, sovereign-related entities, pension funds, endowments, and institutional investors.
• Develop and leverage an existing network of Saudi LPs and investment decision-makers.
• Manage the complete fundraising lifecycle, from initial origination through to successful close.
• Represent Bespoke Connections at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships within the Saudi investment ecosystem.

Required Profile and Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in private markets fundraising.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital from Saudi-based LPs.
• Established relationships with Saudi family offices, sovereign-related investors, pension funds, investment companies, and private banks.
• Experience in securing institutional commitments ranging from US$10 million to US$100 million+.
• Commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable engaging with CIOs, CEOs, and Principals.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or possess a deep, active network within the Saudi investment community.

Compensation Structure

This role offers an annual retainer ranging from $75,000 to $100,000. Compensation also includes success fee sharing, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $250,000.
