The Role of Senior Graphic Designer

Omrania is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This permanent contract role requires over 10 years of experience and involves producing high-quality visualisations and graphic designs for various project stages, presentations, and business development initiatives. The Senior Graphic Designer will also contribute to maintaining quality standards and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality renders, aerial views, eye-level perspectives, axonometric diagrams, and planting visualisations for milestone submissions from Concept through Detailed Design.
• Build and refine 3D scenes from Revit LA, Civil 3D, SketchUp, or Rhino models, collaborating with BIM Coordinators to ensure visual consistency with current designs.
• Accurately represent planting, including species, canopy form, seasonal condition, growth stage, and maturity sequences.
• Produce animations, fly-throughs, and real-time walkthroughs for client workshops and bid interviews.
• Carry out post-production to a consistent finish, including entourage, atmosphere, lighting, and color grading appropriate to the Gulf climate.
• Translate design concepts into clear visual narratives for client presentations, design reviews, and workshops.
• Design and typeset milestone reports, masterplan documents, design statements, and presentation decks using InDesign and PowerPoint.
• Produce rendered plans, sections, planting palettes, material boards, and sustainability and water-strategy diagrams.
• Develop and maintain project graphic standards, including color palettes, drawing conventions, symbology, and presentation templates.
• Maintain organized image, texture, vegetation, and entourage libraries with consistent naming and version control.

Support and Quality Assurance

• Support Design Managers and the bids team with proposal graphics, cover and divider design, project-experience sheets, and capability material.
• Prepare competition boards and award-entry visuals, and write photography briefs for completed projects.
• Deliver bid-critical visuals within tight deadlines while maintaining departmental quality standards.
• Review and redline graphic and CGI outputs from junior designers, providing structured and specific feedback.
• Check all client-facing visuals against approved templates and Omrania by Egis brand guidelines before issuance.
• Balance creative quality with technical accuracy, ensuring visuals align with design documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in graphic design and visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Revit LA, Civil 3D, SketchUp, or Rhino.
• Expertise in graphic design software including InDesign and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality renders, animations, and post-production work.
• Experience in developing and maintaining graphic standards and libraries.
