Senior Investment Professional (Industrial & Logistics)

About the Role

Oneira Talent Solutions is supporting a leading industrial and logistics real estate platform in Saudi Arabia in their search for a Senior Investment Professional. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the investment process for both income-generating assets and development-stage opportunities within the industrial and logistics real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition and development opportunities in industrial and logistics real estate across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead financial underwriting and modeling for prospective transactions, including acquisitions and ground-up development.
• Conduct commercial due diligence on development opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
• Manage transactions through to close, coordinating legal, finance, and external advisors.
• Build and maintain a strong network across the Saudi real estate market, including brokers, landowners, developers, and capital markets real estate desks.
• Work closely with the wider team on deal pipeline and strategic priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess approximately 7-10 years of experience in a relevant investment role. The firm is hiring at both senior and mid-levels.
• Experience in industrial and logistics real estate is preferred.

Location

The role requires the candidate to be based in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
