About the Role

ITL World™ is seeking a Key Account Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on managing corporate client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Role Overview

The Key Account Officer will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key corporate clients, including global accounts. The role involves coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction, alongside performance tracking and reporting for managed accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
• Coordinate internal teams, including operations, marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and traveler satisfaction.
• Handle global client accounts.
• Track client activities, manage reporting systems for MNC/Global clients, and oversee process management.
• Monitor team performance through a complete monitoring process.
• Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor account performance, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Good understanding of corporate travel operations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
