About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Twin to lead the implementation and development of digital twin technologies across its projects. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position is central to enhancing operational efficiencies, improving decision-making, and driving innovation throughout the organization by leveraging advanced digital twin methodologies.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager Digital Twin will be responsible for spearheading the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project. This involves ensuring the timely delivery of the project's strategy, roadmap, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The role requires a strategic approach to integrate the digital twin framework with existing digital infrastructure, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Internet of Things (IoT), and the Unified Data Platform (UDP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring the timely delivery of its strategy, roadmap, and MVP.
• Act as the primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success.
• Develop and oversee a Digital Twin strategy that integrates with existing digital infrastructure, including BIM, GIS, IoT, and the Unified Data Platform (UDP).
• Manage the implementation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate selected use cases and demonstrate the value of the Digital Twin.
• Create a roadmap for scaling the Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align project objectives with business needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies, data governance standards, and project requirements.
• Manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and build business cases to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implementation.
• Ensure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives, including defining new roles, training programs, and process improvements.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale technology projects, ideally involving Digital Twin, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Internet of Things (IoT).
• Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
