Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager Precinct Development (Urban Core) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the development of a major mixed-use precinct within the Urban Core, focusing on creating vibrant and economically sustainable destinations.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Precinct Development will provide end-to-end leadership for a significant Urban Core mixed-use precinct. This precinct will encompass public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility, and destination assets. The role requires balancing commercial outcomes with the creation of exceptional urban experiences, supporting economic growth, community engagement, and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
• Be accountable for development outcomes across the precinct portfolio.
• Establish clear development objectives aligned with Urban Core and wider organizational goals.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
• Drive development decisions that optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.

Development Focus Areas

This position will help lead development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness, and delivery integration. The objective is to ensure the precinct achieves its commercial, operational, placemaking, and long-term value creation objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development is required.
• Demonstrated capability as an experienced development professional.
• Ability to balance commercial outcomes with the creation of high-quality urban experiences.
