About the Role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Risk Consulting ER to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading client engagements to enhance organizational performance by creating risk-enabled environments and improving risk management effectiveness. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Impact

As a Senior Manager, you will address client issues and transformations related to Enterprise Risk Management, encompassing both business and IT risk. Your work will also cover Internal Audit, Program Risk Management, process and controls design and effectiveness, and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) implementations. Our solutions are designed to build confidence and trust with clients' customers and the broader market, while also meeting regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations regarding service delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage associated risks, and ensure key stakeholders are informed of developments and expected outcomes.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to client operations.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships and professional networks with clients and internal EY stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge in risk consulting.
• Possess in-depth business acumen and the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
