About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Senior Manager Theming to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of thematic elements for SEVEN's complexes and attractions. The primary objective is to ensure brand identity aligns with visual aesthetics, enhance the guest journey, and uphold SEVEN's brand vision.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

• Act as SEVEN's representative to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key local and international stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the approved unit budget and supervise team budget utilization to align spending with approved plans.
• Monitor operational activities within the team to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to subordinates, conducting annual appraisal evaluations in line with HR policies and procedures.

Concept Development and Design

• Translate brand identity into coherent thematic concepts to create immersive experiences.
• Develop detailed thematic concepts and plans, including visual narratives and storytelling elements, aligning with the overall brand vision.
• Select appropriate design elements such as color schemes, textures, and materials to ensure thematic consistency and a cohesive aesthetic.
• Create sketches, storyboards, mood boards, visual presentations, 3D models, and renderings to convey thematic narratives and design proposals.

Project Coordination and Quality Control

• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to implement thematic elements across projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate thematic elements throughout all project areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of thematic installations, promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure all thematic elements adhere to safety regulations and building codes, overseeing the installation process to prevent hazards and ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role, with at least 4 years in a management position.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate development and entertainment theme parks.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN team.
