Yamama Cement Company is seeking a Senior Mechanic to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves performing essential mechanical maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of production units.

Role Overview

The Senior Mechanic is responsible for executing routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance tasks. This position requires adherence to approved policies and procedures, with a focus on monitoring equipment performance and ensuring operational efficiency within designated limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Monitor the performance of production units to ensure operation within designated limits and report any observations affecting equipment efficiency.
• Identify necessary tools and equipment for maintenance, assess their readiness, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure continuous availability.
• Organize and store maintenance tools in their designated locations, maintain them properly, and ensure appropriate disposal of maintenance waste.
• Execute mechanical repair work, including welding, cutting, and refurbishing replaced parts to ensure their readiness and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures before commencing work, including verifying required permits and lockout/tagout forms.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on hands-on mechanical maintenance within a production environment.
