About the Role

Yamama Cement is seeking a Senior Mechanic to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing essential mechanical maintenance and repair work to ensure the efficient operation of production units.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Monitor the performance of production units to ensure operation within designated limits and report any observations affecting equipment efficiency.
• Identify and assess the readiness of required maintenance tools and equipment, performing preventive maintenance to ensure their continuous availability.
• Organize and store maintenance tools in designated locations, maintain them properly, and ensure appropriate disposal of maintenance waste.
• Execute mechanical repair tasks, including welding, cutting, and refurbishing replaced parts to ensure their readiness and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures before commencing work, including verifying necessary permits and lockout/tagout forms.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and is a full-time position within the Yamama Cement operations team.
