We are currently seeking a Senior .NET Core Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

The Senior .NET Core Developer Role

This role involves taking ownership of the design, development, and architecture of server-side applications. The Senior .NET Core Developer will function as a technical lead within the backend team, responsible for driving best practices, mentoring junior developers, and making critical architectural decisions. The primary objective is to ensure that all systems are scalable, secure, and maintain high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and architecture of backend services and APIs using .NET Core frameworks.
• Make key technical decisions regarding system design, scalability, and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, setting the standard for the development team.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning at scale.
• Lead code reviews and drive engineering best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability at an architectural level.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in backend development.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and architecting server-side applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Core frameworks for building backend services and APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL Server database design, optimization, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews.
• Experience in ensuring application security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
