About the Opportunity

stc is seeking a Senior New Markets Adjacencies Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving New Markets Adjacencies activities and executing Shared Group strategic programs. The successful candidate will play a key part in identifying and pursuing adjacent growth opportunities, ensuring consistent alignment with strategic frameworks and business objectives.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and execute initiatives related to New Markets Adjacencies. This involves engaging closely with associated New Market subsidiaries to ensure the consistent execution of Shared Group strategic programs, maintaining strict alignment with New Market Strategy & Execution (NMS&E) and New Market Program Management (NM PM) guidelines. The role also contributes to the execution of adjacent growth opportunities in line with New Market Value Creation (NM VC) and NM PM, carrying out duties in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with New Market associated subsidiaries to drive the execution of Shared Group strategic programs, ensuring consistent alignment with NM S&E and NM PM.
• Participate in the execution of adjacent growth opportunities in alignment with NM VC and NM PM.
• Support other Business Units (BUs) and Functional Units (FUs) for new and existing operational partnerships across the Group by leading the identification and socialization of potential collaborations across all stc subsidiaries and OpCos.
• Leverage Centers of Excellence across the Group to replicate successful initiatives across subsidiaries within the New Markets cluster.
• Ensure knowledge transfer across the Group, including lessons learned, emerging trends, and best practices related to the latest industry developments.
• Assist BUs and FUs in implementing Group initiatives by facilitating discussions and fostering collaboration among all relevant subsidiaries within the New Markets cluster.
• Routinely review and assess the effectiveness of adjacencies through comprehensive analysis, feedback mechanisms, and consistent reporting.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. This experience should ideally be within strategic planning, new market development, business adjacencies, or a related field, demonstrating a proven ability to manage and execute complex strategic programs within a corporate environment.
