About the Role

bTranz is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Apps DBA Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing expert administration and support for Oracle E-Business Suite environments. bTranz is an ERP and Mobile Application Development company with a global presence, specializing in Oracle ERP, VAT, and Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Oracle EBS Apps DBA Consultant will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive Oracle EBS Apps DBA administration, support, and technical advisory services.
• Collaborating closely with customer and IT teams to understand and fulfill technical requirements.
• Executing tasks related to installation, cloning, patching, upgrades, migrations, and overall environment management.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high system availability.
• Performing essential database maintenance, backup and recovery operations, and performance tuning.
• Supporting multiple Oracle Apps DBA engagements concurrently and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience working as an Oracle EBS Apps DBA.
• Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite administration and Oracle Database management.
• Hands-on experience with patching, cloning, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting Oracle EBS environments.
• Proven experience in customer-facing onsite support roles.

Additional Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Oracle EBS environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the Telecommunications domain is considered an advantage.
