About the Role

Jotun is seeking a Senior Passive Fire Protection Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and reports directly to the Infrastructure Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to independently manage and prepare fire engineering support for assigned projects, ensuring quality and enabling sales to secure projects. Certain defined project types will require quality checks by a Senior Engineer or Fire Engineering Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prepare quality fire engineering support for assigned projects to enable sales.
Conduct project take-off and estimation for Steelmaster and Jotachar enquiry projects on a daily basis, covering both hydrocarbon and cellulosic projects.
Provide timely fire engineering services of required quality for assigned cellulosic and hydrocarbon projects to sales and external customers.
Coordinate with the Global Fire Engineering Service team regarding technical specifications for Steelmaster and Jotachar products, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards across the Jotun sales network.
Assist the sales team in technical discussions to address customer needs and position Jotun as a preferred supplier.
Support sales account managers in winning projects by providing quick and accurate project and competition analysis, and assisting in customer discussions.
Prepare Plan Swift marked-up drawings as required by projects or customers, applying structural and fire engineering principles.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in passive fire protection engineering.
Demonstrated experience in implementing structural and fire engineering principles.
