Key Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing customers to meet their requirements.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze territory market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive interest activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback mechanisms.
• Report in a timely manner.
• Manage stock levels within hospitals.
• Follow up on collection issues.
• Manage meetings and actions with accounts.
