Senior Program Manager

About the Role

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift Sustainment Program team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading the Saudi Vertical Lift maintenance and sustainment portfolio, managing various activities from spare packages and field support to performance-based logistics, modifications, upgrades, training, and transactional contracts.

Program Leadership and Strategy

The Senior Program Manager will lead the development of new strategic contracts and statements of work, while also supporting the execution of currently awarded scope within the Vertical Lift Sustainment portfolio. This position serves as the primary focal point for customer engagements and support requests, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project managers and supporting functions to achieve on-time delivery and first-time quality.
• Lead matrix Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities for program management.
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures, contributing to business and technical strategies.
• Acquire resources for departmental activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Follow Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establish a PMBP improvement plan.
• Identify project scope changes, risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans; and implement changes while maintaining schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
• Support proposal development, business case preparation, and program strategy planning to meet business goals.
• Coordinate with Control Account Managers (CAM holders), support work authorization processes, manage commitment data, and lead interorganizational work transfer activities as required.
• Provide regular portfolio reporting to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in program management or a related field is required.

Work Location and Conditions

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position; candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Boeing will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
