About the Opportunity

Skilled Careers is partnering with a leading organization that specializes in delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves taking full ownership of significant projects from their award through to commissioning and final handover.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role focused on managing one of the region's most significant data centre EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring overall project performance, commercial success, and client satisfaction, alongside the safe delivery of the project across all Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects from mobilisation through to commissioning and final handover.
• Provide strategic leadership across all CSA and MEP disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies, including resource planning, procurement, programme recovery, and supply chain management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during project delivery.
• Oversee commercial performance, including contract administration, variations, change management, claims, and risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance across all stages of the project.
• Lead commissioning, operational readiness, and final handover, ensuring all critical systems achieve required performance standards.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management within complex construction environments, specifically:

• Extensive experience leading the delivery of large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary CSA and MEP teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project P&L, contracts, and risk.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance within complex construction environments.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience working on hyperscale or mission-critical developments is highly advantageous.
