About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi National) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves performing quality activities on complex projects and programs to ensure that products and services consistently meet both customer and Parsons' quality requirements.

Role Context and Scope

The Senior Quality Engineer will be a key contributor, regularly interacting with representatives from various functional groups. These include program management, design/engineering, purchasing, and construction, ensuring a comprehensive approach to quality assurance across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Quality Systems support based on the ISO 9001 Standard, encompassing process development, optimization, procedure development, data collection, reporting, and Quality Systems training.
• Interface with senior and executive levels regarding ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering initiatives.
• Perform and document Internal Quality Audits for assigned offices, projects, and jobsites, managing all subsequent follow-up activities.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications, and drawings across various domains, including Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor Management, Receiving, Handling & Storage, and Construction.
• Facilitate all internal and external Quality audits and provide management with concise briefings on the results.
• Handle qualification audits for suppliers of purchased items and services.
• Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation to verify compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of the Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, and related documentation.
• Review Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations, and regulatory commitments.
• Review and, if required, approve documents from internal or external organizations, such as quality manuals, procedures, technical deliverables, test plans, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
• Collaborate with management on Quality activities involving internal or external organizations, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Perform other associated responsibilities as appropriate to the role.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or a related field. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular interaction with diverse project teams and stakeholders across various functional groups within Parsons and with external partners.
