This full-time Senior Risk Manager Interface role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves managing and potentially leading risk services across commissions within a PMO, Planning Centre of Excellence, and assigned Hub. The role supports teams in effective risk management, consistent standards, and successful client and stakeholder outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across all projects.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practices, and develop potential across Mace.
• Lead risk management strategy, frameworks, and performance for assigned commissions.
• Advise clients, teams, and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and driving effective risk processes.
• Facilitate workshops, reporting, and quantitative risk analysis to manage exposure and contingency.
• Lead, mentor, and resource teams while supporting integrated PMO, planning, and net-zero outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in effective risk leadership on complex construction projects.
• Experience in setting up effective risk management/assurance frameworks/strategies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software (*, Active Risk Manager, riskHive, @risk, Primavera Risk Analyser).
• Practical knowledge and application of opportunities related to risk/data analytics, Power BI, and other reporting suite tools.
• Basic knowledge of tools, techniques, and software that interfaces with the risk discipline (*, planning tools, Astra, P6, MS Project).
• Deep domain knowledge of providing risk leadership in one or more sectors (*, rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals).
• Experience working client-side as well as in consultancy.
• Extensive experience delivering a range of project risk management services on major construction projects.
• Relevant university degree (*, risk management, engineering) or equivalent.
• Chartered (or equivalent) membership of a relevant professional institution (*, Association of Project Managers/Institute of Risk Management).
