About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing portfolio-wide risk management services for a major infrastructure program. The program focuses on a mixed-use development in Riyadh, aiming to establish a global landmark and authentic destination.

Project Context

The project is a significant infrastructure initiative for a self-sustaining mixed-use development in Riyadh, featuring several iconic assets. كيلوج براون اند روت provides PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration, and performance oversight across all projects and programs within this development.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, the Senior Risk Manager will ensure effective governance, decision-making, and assurance across the portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and administering the approved Risk Management Plan (RMP), including procedures, processes, and templates.
  • Reviewing and supervising Risk Management Plans and risk registers of Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to ensure alignment with the RMP.
  • Supporting the implementation and effective use of risk management systems.
  • Providing guidance and training to PMCs to ensure consistent and effective application of risk management practices.
  • Facilitating risk meetings and developing risk registers for Delivery Programmes and client departments.
  • Facilitating mitigation strategies for risks and issues through consolidation of risk registers, meetings, and workshops.
  • Consolidating PMC risk registers into program-level and departmental risk registers for escalation and reporting.
  • Maintaining updated dashboards for risks and issues across the entire development portfolio.
  • Conducting monthly risk management quality assurance reviews and status updates.
  • Performing quantitative risk analysis (QRA) for program-wide strategic, cost, schedule, and advance-warning risks.
  • Developing cost and schedule contingency assessments at program and portfolio levels.
  • Supporting operational risk assessments across client departments.
  • Preparing risk assessment documentation and reports in accordance with RMP standards.
  • Reporting Key Risk Indicators (KRI) across the development in alignment with established criteria.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess over 15 years of relevant experience in risk management, particularly within large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
