Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is integral to supporting the company's commitment to environmental standards and regulatory adherence within its operations.

The Role

The Senior Specialist - Environmental Audit supports the delivery of environmental compliance activities within Qiddiya Investment Company. This position contributes to implementing compliance initiatives aligned with QIC’s regulatory obligations and internal requirements, focusing on compliance monitoring, data management, and the daily coordination of compliance-related tasks. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Environmental Compliance and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of environmental compliance frameworks, procedures, and related programs in line with QIC’s regulatory obligations and departmental plans.
• Assist in monitoring compliance performance data and preparing routine reports to support adherence to applicable regulations, permit conditions, and internal requirements.
• Participate in compliance assessments, inspections, audits, and reviews by gathering information, maintaining records, and following up on action items.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, as directed by the manager, to support environmental compliance initiatives and reporting requirements.
• Support the delivery of awareness sessions, presentations, and communications on environmental compliance topics.
• Assist in the execution of project activities related to compliance and assurance by providing research, documentation, and administrative support.
• Contribute to the integration of compliance requirements into project activities by supporting coordination across functions.
• Collect, organize, and analyze compliance data to support reporting, issue tracking, and decision-making.
• Stay informed on relevant environmental regulations, permit requirements, standards, and industry practices, and share updates with the wider team as needed.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will also meet the following requirements:

• Working knowledge of environmental regulations, permit conditions, compliance obligations, and reporting requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, develop technical capability, and travel to project sites and meetings as required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role may require travel to various project sites and meetings as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
