About the Opportunity

Ejada is seeking a Senior Specialist Infrastructure – Temenos Transact Core Banking to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on managing, optimizing, and supporting the infrastructure and platform environments for Temenos Transact. The specialist will ensure high availability, security, scalability, and performance across enterprise Core Banking environments, supporting large-scale implementation, upgrade, migration, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, patch, and administer Temenos Transact environments, including multi-company and multi-book deployments.
Lead platform upgrades, environment migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Administer and optimize Linux/Unix environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Oracle Linux.
Develop automation scripts using Bash and Korn Shell (KSH) to streamline operational and deployment activities.
Monitor system performance, process utilization, memory consumption, and server health to ensure platform stability and availability.
Administer Oracle Database and jBASE environments, including backup, recovery, performance tuning, indexing, and database optimization.
Configure and support Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, and high-availability database architectures.
Deploy, configure, and tune application servers including IBM WebSphere, JBoss/WildFly, and Apache Tomcat.
Support enterprise integrations through middleware technologies, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and messaging platforms.
Implement infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and rollback procedures using Git and Jenkins.
Design and validate disaster recovery (DR), backup, failover, and business continuity solutions.
Collaborate with application, database, infrastructure, and network teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Linux, Oracle Database, VMware, Cloud Platforms, or Infrastructure technologies.
Temenos infrastructure or platform certifications.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure or Platform Engineering.
Proven experience supporting Temenos Transact Core Banking environments.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Banking, SAMA regulations, and enterprise banking environments.

Technical Expertise

Candidates should possess strong technical proficiency in:

Linux/Unix environments (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux) and scripting (Bash, Korn Shell).
Oracle Database and jBASE administration, including HA architectures like Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
Application servers such as IBM WebSphere, JBoss/WildFly, and Apache Tomcat.
Middleware technologies, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and messaging platforms.
Infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Git, Jenkins).
