About the Role

We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee truck maintenance services in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a team responsible for maintaining client fleets and focusing on truck service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance professionals delivering truck maintenance services.
Set preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to improve fleet reliability.
Track performance metrics and improve service quality and efficiency.
Coordinate service operations with parts and inventory management.
Train staff in maintenance techniques, tools, and industry practices.
Manage client relationships and advise on maintenance needs.
Oversee budgets and resource allocation.
Utilize technology for maintenance scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
