About the Role

Future Connect is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily site activities and serving as the primary point of coordination between the company, contractors, and consultants. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities adhere to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities across project sites.
Act as the main liaison between the company, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor contractors' performance, project progress, and timelines.
Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and report potential delays.
Review completed works, quantities, and technical observations.
Attend site meetings and follow up on agreed action plans.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.
Monitor site safety and quality compliance.
Coordinate site inspections, handovers, and closure of outstanding issues.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant civil engineering role, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach to site management and coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular presence on project sites to oversee operations and coordinate with various stakeholders.
