MDS for Computer Systems (MDS CS) is seeking a skilled Site Project Engineer to join its team. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to contribute to significant construction projects within the company's portfolio.

The Site Project Engineer Role

The Site Project Engineer is primarily responsible for the comprehensive management and engineering aspects of construction projects. This involves overseeing project deliverables, providing essential technical guidance to on-site staff, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and performance of site projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework to measure project metrics and data collection while recommending improvements.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure project compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure abidance by occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or site management.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
