Midis Group is seeking a dedicated Site Project Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on managing and engineering construction projects.

Role Purpose

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the proper implementation of project deliverables. This role involves supervising on-site staff and providing technical advice to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources effectively to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects directly on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager, providing updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and overall performance of site projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework for measuring project metrics and data collection, and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure project compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 3 years of experience in a relevant field. This position is suitable for individuals looking to develop their career in site project engineering.
