About the Role

Clear Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to manage daily construction activities. This full-time role involves overseeing on-site operations to ensure that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and established schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Manage and direct skilled and unskilled labor teams.
• Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Report daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications

• A Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A high school diploma combined with extensive construction supervision experience may also be considered.

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA, IOSH, or an equivalent HSE certification.
• First Aid certification.
• A valid driving license, if required by the specific project.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision. This is a full-time position, requiring dedicated on-site presence to manage daily operations effectively.
