About the Role

GET Global Group is seeking a highly skilled Snubbing Coordinator to join their operations in Riyadh. This contract position is integral to the Well Services / Well Intervention department within the Oil & Gas industry, focusing on the safe and efficient execution of snubbing operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and supervise all snubbing operations, ensuring they adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational efficiency standards. The Snubbing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining full compliance with well-control procedures, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, and all client-specific requirements throughout the intervention process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise snubbing and well intervention operations directly at the site.
Ensure the correct rig-up, rig-down, and operational integrity of the snubbing unit, Blowout Preventer (BOP), and all pressure-control equipment.
Monitor well pressure, well-control parameters, and all ongoing operational activities.
Liaise and coordinate effectively with the Client, Rig/Workover Team, and various Service Companies.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Toolbox Talks, and pre-job safety meetings.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE guidelines, well-control procedures, and established company standards.
Manage the snubbing crew, equipment, and all daily operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Snubbing or Well Intervention operations.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of Snubbing Operations, Blowout Preventers (BOP), Pressure Control, and Well Control principles.

Work Arrangement

This position is offered on a contract basis and is located in Riyadh. The role requires on-site presence to effectively coordinate and supervise operations.
