The Role of Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is responsible for Satel's online presence across all social media platforms. This full-time role involves defining the brand's communication strategy, content, and overall impact on digital channels. The position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement platform strategies, including channel roles, target audiences, and content rhythms.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring all content is planned, approved, and published according to schedule.
• Provide creative direction for content, briefing and reviewing work from the Content Creator and in-house photographer to maintain brand standards.
• Oversee community management, establishing standards for comments and messages, and forwarding genuine inquiries to the leasing team daily.
• Ensure brand guardianship, approving terms for partners and influencers appearing on company channels.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and generated inquiries monthly, detailing changes made as a result.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role requires flexibility, as community events and online conversations may occur during evenings and weekends. The Social Media Manager will be present at key events and responsive when the brand requires attention, with work hours balanced within the week. Candidates should be prepared for this rhythm.
