GeoWise scores, filters, and prices available service slots based on skills, capacity, distance, and deposit rules to maintain efficient and back-to-back technician schedules. Customers can book services through various channels, including WhatsApp (in Arabic and English), a website widget, a hosted page, phone, or via any AI assistant through the API. The Role of Software QA Engineer (Web & Mobile)

GeoWise AI is seeking a Software QA Engineer (Web & Mobile) to join its global headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for both web and mobile applications. The primary objective is to ensure functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end quality across GeoWise’s scheduling and AI receptionist platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes.
Validate cross-browser and cross-device behavior to ensure consistent performance.
Document identified defects clearly and comprehensively.
Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to clarify requirements and enhance overall product reliability.
Contribute to release readiness activities.
Maintain and update test documentation.
Participate in and contribute to improvements in test processes.
Support investigations into production issues.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
Clearly communicate risks and test results to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a continuous focus on user experience and performance optimization.
