The Sourcing / Procurement Engineer Role

The Sourcing / Procurement Engineer will play a key role in managing and executing comprehensive sourcing and procurement strategies. This involves identifying optimal suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of critical components and services. The position is central to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting project delivery across AquaServe's diverse portfolio.

Specialization Focus

A core aspect of this position requires deep expertise and a focused approach to sourcing and procurement within specific technical domains critical to AquaServe's operations. These specialized areas include:

• Power Systems
• Desalination Plants
• Pumps

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement, with a demonstrated specialization in Power Systems, Desalination Plants, and Pumps.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university is required.
• Prior experience in project execution will be considered a significant advantage for this role.
